Step 1. – Camera Booking
Fill in our online availability form here or call our office on 0407 846 706 to have one mailed, faxed or e-mailed to you.

Step 2. – Booking Confirmation
Digital Memories will contact you within 2 working days to confirm your order and camera availability.

Step 3. – 30 days prior to event
Final confirmation of your event details are required, along with final payment of your account, including your bond.

Step 4. – Camera Delivery
Your cameras will be delivered prior to your event, each with a step-by-step instruction sheet and information cards for each table so your guests can access and view the photos after the event.

Step 5. – The event
Place a camera and instruction sheet on each table or distribute to trusted family or friends and enjoy the event. Encourage your guests to use the cameras throughout the night and to take as many photos as they can.

Step 6. – Returning the Cameras
A courier or Digital Memories representative will arrive the following day to collect the cameras etc from your pre-arranged pick up point. Once the cameras have been returned and inspected – your deposit will be returned within 2 business days.

Step 7. – Viewing the photos
From three business days after the cameras are returned, you and your guests will be able to view, order, download and print any or all the photos from the event. You and your guests simply type in your event id and password from their information card into the My Digital Memories web site.

Step 8. – Ordering prints or DVDs
You or your guests can order prints by selecting the options next to each photo, or DVDs of the entire collection. Once you have finished viewing and selecting photos, select ‘Confirm Order’ to see a copy of your order, then follow the links to complete it. Within one week, your order will be at your door!
